Beetle experiment, let's catch beetles! @ Pau!and

Beetles have an important role in Forest.
It could destroy wide areas of forest, and it influence the decomposition rate of the forest.
Today we focus on the beetles in the forest...with professor Thomas.

This is what we are going to catch!!

This is the sign where we put our trap

Taking out the trap

Pour out some water.

Put the mark into the glass.

Take a capsule of the glass.

Collect it in the bucket.

At last put in in the car and bring back to Lab.

We can find some interesting thing in our trap.

One beetle

This is the fly we will met in the forest, it suck peoples blood. Not good:(

We also found the butterfly hiding behind the board, ready to wait for winter.

Thomas wanted to show me pupa of beetles.

See? there's one.

And there are more in the wood.

We also found an ant hive.

Something more interesting!
